After searching for weeks, I have finally found the official release date for the 5th season of Digimon!
October 1st 8:30 P.M. (Eastern/Pacific)
I may seem extremely excited, but after watching the whole series in Japanese(w/English sub), I'm probably just gonna sit there and laugh at how bad they screwed it up. xD Not to discourage anybody, of course. I might end up watching it because I like it. xD
The cast?
Marcus Damon(Daimon Masaru): Voiced by Quinton Flynn(Axel in KH2) Partner- Agumon: Voiced by Brian Beacock(Takato in Tamers)
Thomas H. Norstein(Tohma): Voiced by Crispin Freeman(Koichi in Frontier) Partner- Gaomon: Voiced by Skip Stellrecht(Might Guy in Naruto? Only thing someone else might recognize xp)
Yoshino Fujieda: Voiced by Colleen O'Shaughnessey(Sora in 01 and 02) Partner- Lalamon(Raramon): Voiced by Dorothy Elias-Fahn(Lilymon and Mrs. Kamiya in 01 & 02)
Keenan Crier(Noguchi Ikuto[ I like this name better xp]) Voiced by Briann Siddall(Koromon in 01, Calumon in Tamers, and Tommy in Frontier) Partner- Falcomon: Voiced by Steven Jay Blum(Guilmon in Tamers, many other Digimon roles)((Omg Ikuto is played by a chick!! WTF!))
Honestly, I don't like the thought of Takato's voice coming from Agumon's mouth, but this Agu is way too different from the original one to cast Tom Fahn.

I found the first episode of Digi. Savers.{Japanese w/English Sub} It was weird. O.o Cool, but strange. Agumon is so different I agree. Does everyone just recycle voices or what? lol Now.....to find which channel it will be comming on.....

Toon Disney, on the Jetix Block.
There are only recognizable voices because the guy who directed the other seasons of Digimon has stepped forward to do Savers. Which I am very glad about. It wouldn't be right if some other person did it.

I actually watched Data Squad a few episodes after it came out, and I gotta say... it fails to impress. To put it bluntly, it sucks. The humor they put in is godawful. And so is the characters vocab range. I don't think I would have liked it even if I hadn't watched it first in Japanese...
Not that any of you will be on to care. I gotta say, the inactivity, it sucks almost as bad as Data Squad. I feel like I'm talking to myself. Which I may as well be doing.
